Heart” can mean two things, depending on the context: the physical organ or the energetic/emotional center in meditation.

1. The Physical Heart (Biological) A strong, muscular organ in the chest

Pumps blood throughout your body
Keeps oxygen and nutrients flowing
Has its own electrical system and rhythm

2. The Emotional Heart (Spiritual & Psychological)

The center of feeling, intuition, and connection. All positive emotions enable us to boost our AURA, resulting in health, prosperity, and harmony in all areas of life. It’s the place where you experience:

  • love
  • Compassion
  • emotion al warmth
  • inner peace
  • deep intuition

This “heart center” is located in the middle of your chest, not the physical heart on the left side. You can think of it as your inner space where emotions arise and settle.

3 Easy Steps (11 minutes)- Heart-Brain Coherence Meditation:
  1. Shift Into Heart Focus:  Gently place your attention on the center of your chest. Slow your breathing and imagine each inhale and exhale flowing in and out of your heart area.
  2. Breathe Rhythmically:   Breathe a little slower and deeper than usual—about 5–6 seconds in, 5–6 seconds out. Maintain a smooth, steady rhythm to signal safety and calm to your nervous system.
  3. Activate a Positive Emotion:  Recall a feeling like gratitude, appreciation, love, or compassion. Let that emotion fill your heart space as you continue breathing. Stay with that feeling for a few minutes to enter full coherence.

With regular practice any miracle of life are expereinced shown inresarch and feed back.
